We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the UK.

Prints, T-shirts and Mugs will be delivered using Royal Mail on a 24 hour tracked service.

Cushions will be delivered using an established UK based delivery company. 

All products are made to order. We aim to process orders within 2-3 working days and then ship with 4-6 working days. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for the tracking details to become active.

As we use different suppliers your order may not be shipped together. This means that we can ensure delivery efficiency.

Packaging

Cushions will be shipped in tough, tear-resistant mailing bags to ensure safe delivery.

A3 and A4 art prints are packaged in brown reinforced paper envelopes. As well as being plastic free these envelopes are reinforced with a layer of cardboard. They are printed with the message: “Please do not bend”. A2 prints are wrapped in tissue paper, rolled and shipped in a triangular cardboard box.

Mugs are shipped in white smash proof boxes. These boxes are designed to protect the mug during transit from breakages.

Clothing will be shipped in brown paper mailing bags. The item will be wrapped in tissue paper before being packaged in an eco-friendly brown paper mailing bag. The bags are FSC certified meaning that they are manufactured from sustainable sources. They are also weather proof and 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Returns

Due to items being made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds on products unless there is a quality or damage issue. If your product arrives damaged, contact us with images and we'll resolve it promptly.

It is important that you order the correct size as we do not exchange or refund items that are the incorrect size. We do have detailed sizing charts on the product pages – please use this or get in touch if you have sizing queries before purchase.

Please inspect your order and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
